I am a Solicitor in the Employment Department at Hill Dickinson LLP. I am also a Tutor for the IOR Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Human Resource (HR) Practice. I have experience in advising public sector employers, including the NHS, and private sector employers in relation to the full range of employment law issues.  • I advise NHS clients regularly in relation to discrimination, victimisation and harassment and disciplinary, dismissal and grievance processes. I have recently revised the HR policies for a large NHS Trust. • I have experience in advising on disciplinary issues involving senior medical staff and MHPS. I also have experience in advising on the legal issues arising from doctors in training and the Gold Guide. • I deal with Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. I conduct my own advocacy at the Employment Tribunal.  • I have recently defended a Special Health Authority against a claim of Judicial Review before the High Court. • I have experience in advising NHS bodies in relation to complaints by NHS Pension Scheme members to the Pension Ombudsman.
