SplitFee.org recruiter platform evolves into something new

Account Managers receive a commission per managed role that was filled by a recruiter, with their potential earnings reaching £300k per year

The IOR’s SplitFee.org platform was originally created for recruiters to help each other fill difficult roles and split the client fees.  As joining remains free the platform now boasts around 750 recruitment agencies and growing, equating to over 1000 branches across the UK and overseas.

With such a high-quality recruitment network registered on SplitFee.org, the next logical step was to allow end employers to add their vacancies to the platform, treating the platform like an external PSL with access to a huge network of new candidates. This also generates a new source of clients and jobs for recruiters on the platform to work on.

A new role has also been created within SplitFee.org, that of the Account Manager.  Account Managers find employers who need to access more talent.  They add their vacancies to SplitFee.org and act as the liaison between the employer and recruiters, thus allowing the employer the luxury of only having to deal with one contact person. In effect, they manage the hiring of that role for the employer.

For this ‘job management’ role, the Account Managers receive a commission per managed role that was filled by a recruiter, with their potential earnings reaching £300k per year.

IOR Director, Azmat Mohammed Says:

SplitFee.org opens a huge new talent gateway for employers.  And with the new Account Manager role, an employer can access all this talent and bypass all recruiter management obligations if they wish to.

“For recruiters, the platform opens a door to more clients and jobs, even companies operating PSLs will work with our recruiter network.”

The IOR welcomes applications to become an Account Manager, but the criteria will be high as the success of the platform relies on Account Managers being highly efficient and professional.

The new SplitFee.org platform rolls out in a Beta soft launch during the week commencing Monday 8th August.
