Bullhorn makes Sunday Times Best Companies list

The annual list recognises excellence in workplace engagement and is based on factors including wellbeing, office culture, and staff perks

Bullhorn, the CRM company that helps customer-obsessed organisations transform their business relationships, has placed 44th in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For list, receiving a 3-star accreditation in the process.

The annual list recognises excellence in workplace engagement and is based on factors including wellbeing, office culture, and staff perks.

As a rapidly growing global enterprise with offices in London, Amsterdam, Boston, Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore, Bullhorn’s drive to boost workplace engagement is stronger than ever.

Peter Linas, Bullhorn international MD, comments:

“We are so proud to be recognised by The Sunday Times as a top employer. We have experienced huge growth over the last year, and this couldn’t have been achieved without our fully engaged, committed, and incredibly hard working staff base. We understand that a company can’t hope to be successful without ensuring its people are happy and healthy first!”

Bullhorn operates numerous CSR initiatives to encourage staff involvement in fundraising, volunteering, and environmental sustainability.  Staff are given additional paid leave during the year in order to volunteer for a charity of their choice, and are also offered the opportunity to attend many company sponsored social activities.

Linas says:

“Our citizenship strategy is at the core of the business. At Bullhorn, staff can take their careers beyond everyday working life to further pursue the causes and interests that are important to them as individuals. This freedom is what really separates us from other companies – staff have our complete support in reaching their goals. Internally, we have joined forces with many fantastic charities to partake in a huge range of fundraising, mentoring, and awareness raising activities.”

“I’d like to thank every member of the Bullhorn team for their role in our continuing growth and success,” adds Linas “and for their individual contributions to the development of a strong, vibrant, and inspiring workplace culture.”
