Altrincham-based recruitment specialist Meridian has seen over 60 per cent growth in permanent placements in 2014.

Meridian Business Support has appointed Julie Ashworth as business development director as part of the company’s continued sustainable profitable growth.

Altrincham-based recruitment specialist Meridian has seen over 60 per cent growth in permanent placements in 2014 and is pursuing ambitious financial goals following the launch of its Vision 20/20 strategy last year. Currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, the company is now aiming to build on increased profits and a record financial year through the new appointment.

Julie joins Meridian with extensive experience in the recruitment industry, having previously headed up Manpower’s UK staffing sales team, as well as holding various management roles within the Group.
