Access Group has acquired recruitment technology specialists, First Choice Software, in a move which will enable the formation of the largest full service software provider for UK recruiters.

First Choice Software works with some of the country’s leading recruitment agencies, including Randstad, Impellam Group and Pertemps Network, to provide a best in class recruitment software engine alongside ongoing service and support.

By integrating Access Group’s market leading finance and payroll software, customers will benefit from a seamless and complete solution to support them through the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing the right person to billing clients and paying staff.

First Choice Software, which was founded 20 years ago by Roy Snart (CEO), Adam Toth (CTO) and Adam Whitney (Non-Executive Director), has grown to a turnover of £6 million and 45 members of staff. The acquisition, Access Group’s largest to date and it’s second since investment from TA Associates in January 2015, will see Roy and Adam Toth join Access to help drive the company’s ambitious growth plans within the recruitment sector.
