The IOR is seeing a surge in recruitment agencies joining its corporate membership programme, many switching from rival professional bodies.
The IOR believes the reason for this is not just the membership price, which starts at £595 making it significantly less expensive than most rivals, but the fact that it has created a raft of new services that appeal as the face of recruitment changes.
The IOR brands now include:
SplitFee – The SplitFee network which is being revamped and is soon to include full fee jobs from direct employers.
Low Cost Job Board Credits – With the IOR’s deal with Jobsite, Reed and CV Library it is able to offer significantly reduced job credits for its members.
WorkProfile – The new social network that is set to allow users to discretely instruct IOR members to job hunt for them with one click.
FlamePost – The recruitment friendly social media marketing software that comes pre-loaded with daily recruitment news which recruiters can share on their social timelines.
StudyCourse – The state of the art online education learning platform, delivering Agency, In-House and HR British qualifications successfully in over 15 countries.
Chartered Status – The IOR is campaigning hard for the recruitment industry to be professionally recognised and awarded with Chartered Status.
IOR membership figures will be published in the new year, but are expected to rise even further as membership renewal season approaches.
