South and City College Birmingham along with the Institute of Recruiters have put together some facts about the future of the industry and the challenges we could all soon be facing.

However don’t start worrying just yet as we have also included some suggestions on how you and your business can stay one step ahead of rest.

Teresa Addinall, director of business services at South and City College Birmingham said: “It’s really been interesting to see how the industry has grown over the years and the impact it’s had across other industries.
