James Caan Event - Taking your recruitment company to the next levelJames Caan is one of the UK’s eminent entrepreneurs, having made his fortune in recruitment. James is an expert at building, running and scaling businesses. His first recruitment company, Alexander Mann, has sold three times, most recently in 2013 for £260 million.
Today in the UK there are almost 18,000 boutique recruitment businesses and there are many challenges to growth. As a serial entrepreneur and ex-Dragon, James’ passion is for start-ups and entrepreneurship.
The evening is aimed at owners of recruitment companies who are actively trying to take their business to the next level and create a company they can one day release equity value from.
This event, in partnership with Irwin Mitchell and the Institute of Recruiters, will be led by James Caan and the management team of his Venture Capital Fund, Recruitment Entrepreneur.
