Tech recruitment giant launches five new offices in latest expansion

Leading tech recruitment firm Frank Recruitment Group opened an office in Tampa earlier this year

Niche technology recruitment giant Frank Recruitment Group announced the opening of a total of five offices across Barcelona, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Cologne and Denver before the year is up.

Approximately 400 new jobs will be created over the next 12 months, ranging from junior to senior recruitment consultant roles across a range of languages and brands, as a direct result of the company’s rapid growth. Further hires are planned over the next few years.

In the last two months, Frank Recruitment Group has opened offices in Barcelona, Spain and Amsterdam in the Netherlands, with a third office opening in Denver, Colorado earlier this September. Another two offices will launch in Warsaw, Poland, and Cologne, Germany on the 1st and 15th October respectively, with an additional office expected to open in Arizona in the New Year.

The company also recently launched Jefferson Frank and Nelson Frank, two new brands dedicated to Amazon Web Services and ServiceNow respectively.

“From the first day we opened our doors in Newcastle, right up to the launch of our latest new brands and our most recent international expansion, Frank Recruitment Group has always taken a highly-ambitious approach to growth strategy,” said James Lloyd-Townshend, CEO.

The organisation has made investment in its workforce a priority, with a clear focus on professional development, technology, marketing and support, and strategic expansion across Europe and North America.

“No matter where in the world they are, we want our employees to feel like they’re part of the Frank Recruitment Group family,” said Zoe Morris, Chief Operations Officer. “Our offices are centrally located and fully-equipped with all the latest technology and resources our people need to excel at their jobs and drive the business forward. As key players in niche technology recruitment, we strive to serve our customers better by drawing on local skills and knowledge. We know that the best way to serve our customers is to provide our teams with the right work environment to help them stay motivated.”

Founded in 2006 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Frank Recruitment Group has grown into the leading name in niche technology recruitment and has made the Financial Times UK Future 100 list for its consistent growth over the years.
