After 25 years, Scantec is celebrating by launching a strengthened global strategy and new brand identity to complement the successful recruitment and talent acquisition business.
The North West-based business offers specialist recruitment across the UK and internationally in a number of industrial and technical sectors including nuclear, oil and gas, civil engineering, food manufacturing, science and skilled trades.
This past year the firm worked with partners Living Media and ADM Creative to build a dynamic new identity that strongly reflects Scantec’s capabilities, core values and future strategy. The rebrand introduces a number of key messages and dynamic concepts to support ambitious plans for growth and evolution through multi-channel communications.
Started in 1990 by Peter Bates, Managing Director and John Robinson, Chairman, the pair combined passion for recruitment and excellent service to steadily grow the firm. The business now employs 70 recruitment professionals from a purpose built headquarters in Twelve Quays in the heart of the Wirral Waters development; that was commissioned in 2006 to accommodate expansion.
A glittering celebration for 70 staff was held last Friday at Liverpool’s St George’s Hall to mark the first public display of the brand that has been selected to characterise the company’s vision for the future. Peter explained the enormous pride in Scantec’s achievements so far: “Here from this breathtaking venue, our 25th anniversary presents a great opportunity to showcase the tremendous momentum across all of our specialist divisions. We are moving into the next quarter century with a fresh new brand that represents our excellent track record and reaffirms our position as forward thinkers. With an inspiring new brand that truly sets us apart from competitors, we are set carve out new territory in today’s digital age of recruitment.”
