Described as an “eBay for recruiters”, professionals will be able to build their entire business from the network, much as virtual retailers have done with the online auction site. The new marketplace will be the one-stop destination to work on split fees with other recruiters. All recruiters will be protected by an IOR legal agreement, enforceable by law, making it a safe place to do business.
