Following a root and branch re-evaluation of HR professional’s requirements in the workplace, the IOR has designed a practical qualification to be delivered by HR and employment law specialists.The Institute of Recruiters, the recognised body for HR and recruitment professionals, has teamed up with law firms Eversheds, Hill Dickinson and Irwin Mitchell to offer innovative HR qualifications to individuals and businesses.
Following a root and branch re-evaluation of HR professional’s requirements in the workplace, the IOR has designed a practical qualification to be delivered by HR and employment law specialists. The Institute has also built a state of the art online learning platform (www.StudyCourse.org) to help deliver the course and provide learners with an integrated-learning experience.
The three legal practices have each contributed to the creation of learning materials and are also part of the delivery team offering training from offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and London.
The first qualification offered is the Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of HR Practice. It is aimed at anyone with people management responsibilities and provides a strong starting point in a HR career.
