Sanderson Plc, part of Resource Solutions Group (RSG), the UK’s largest independent recruitment company, celebrates 5 years in Wales in their Cardiff office. The branch, which opened in October of 2013, specialises in IT, Digital, and Business Change recruitment.
Their local presence in the South Wales market has enabled the consultants to cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates, supported by their service delivery expertise.
They have also been incredibly involved in the local economy by sponsoring events, exhibitions and as well as being shortlisted for the Financial & Professional Business of the Year category in the Cardiff Business Awards in 2017.
Their success is also reflected in their having recently achieved a turnover of £3 million, an 8% increase on 2017.
On opening the office, Amie Philips, regional manager of the Cardiff branch, hoped that the office would “grow organically into new markets through the strength of [their] local talent as well as utilising the range of expertise [they] possess across the business.”
5 years into the venture, herself and her team “are proud to have achieved what we have over the past 5 years in Cardiff.
“We’ve firmly established the Sanderson name in south Wales and have gained true partnerships with a number of the biggest brands in the region; that, coupled with a great team providing an outstanding level of service to both clients and candidates means I can only see continued success in the future.
“A huge thank you must go to all those we have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last 5 years, along with every individual who has been part of the team and helped build the Sanderson offering in and around Cardiff.
“I look forward to the next 5 years and am truly excited to see what it will bring.”
Jon Ball, Managing Director of Core Recruitment for RSG, Sanderson’s parent company, has said how he is “very proud of the Cardiff office to have reached the 5th anniversary of their opening.”
“It’s been a great 5 years here in the south of Wales; forming links with enterprises across Cardiff and the wider area and making a name for ourselves in the local market. After a bumper 2017, we’re very excited about what the future holds for us here.”
