Operating from its contemporary Bollington-based head office, Focus Management Consultants Limited has seen a significant 26% like for like growth in revenue for the calendar year to 31 December 2014.
The business, which has been successfully trading since 1990, has three additional UK offices as well as a Middle East operation in Dubai, and is now looking to expand its team of 30 people by 30% in the next 18 months. Team expansion will facilitate Focus Management Consultants Limited to realise its ambitious turnover target of an additional £1m in annual revenue by Summer 2016.
The new team members, consisting of highly driven recruitment consultants, will be primarily based at the business’s main hub in Cheshire, however opportunities do exist to join the firm’s existing teams in Dorset and Dubai, as Focus Management Consultants Limited takes steps to strengthen its position both within the domestic market and internationally.
With 95% client referrals, Focus Management Consultants Limited boasts a vast client portfolio and has long-term relationships with global grocery retailers, manufacturers and food service brands such as Bakkavor, John West, A B Mauri, Nando’s, Ella’s Kitchen, Rational and works with 50-60 major organisations every month.
