Anne Carrigan is a highly experienced, commercial recruitment professional with over 20 years’ experience of designing and structuring recruitment strategies.  With considerable experience to Board level, she has a comprehensive and strategic understanding of business issues and organisational change.

With extensive experience of all aspects of the recruitment  lifecycle, she has worked with major organisations, such as BBC, Nationwide, Balfour Beatty and Vodafone, designing and structuring complex RPO/BPO/HRO models, developing and leading approaches to managing all resourcing models, including, executive search, emerging talent, contingent and contract labour, and internal talent identification, whilst building and leading highly performing teams and delivering best practices.
