The managing director of the firm, Alan Purvis, said of the new positions:”Every year we’ve seen our business grow and we’re now in the position where we need to add to our workforce in several key areas of the company, to ensure further growth in 2015.

“We’re also committed to our talent attraction programme, where we look to bring young people with real potential into the business, who we can train and invest in.

“So as well as the recruitment of people with experience, we’ll be appointing two apprentices, one in administration and one engineer. Both are really exciting positions for the right person. I started my career as an apprentice, so it is something I am passionate about being able to do.”

MetroMail provides services including mailing, poly wrapping, laser printing and data management to clients across a number of sectors, with the firm handling up to one million pieces of mail every day.
