Perkbox releases its annual ‘15 Most Influential Women in HR’ list

The list recognises women across a wide variety of industries including Hospitality, Healthcare, Charity and Media in the UK

With one of the biggest pitfalls historically in business being not recognising the importance of “people” functions like HR enough, and failing to provide women with a seat “at the table”, Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing employee experience platform, has decided to combine both these categories on this ‘International Women’s Day’ to select who it considers to be the list of 15 Most Influential Women in HR this year.

The list recognises women across a wide variety of industries including Hospitality, Healthcare, Charity and Media in the UK. The list was narrowed down through conversations with eminent gurus and practitioners, and tip-offs from leaders of world-renowned brands and organisations.

The criteria; that these women are role models in HR, advancing its causes either externally or internally (or both), and falling under the category of rising HR leaders, gamechangers or HR originals.
