TUPE

• I provide advice in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. I have experience in advising public sector employers, including the NHS, and private sector employers in relation to the full range of employment law issues.

• I advise NHS clients regularly in relation to discrimination, victimisation and harassment and disciplinary, dismissal and grievance processes.

• I advise on disciplinary issues involving senior medical staff and MHPS and on the legal issues arising from doctors in training and under the Gold Guide.

• I deal with Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing and conduct my own advocacy


I am a regular speaker, trainer and contributor on current employment topics. As the Chester and North Wales Incorporated Law Society representative on employment law, I am an active participant at the Liverpool Employment Tribunal Users' Group and instrumental in interpreting local tribunal policy and procedure on behalf of members.
